Shipping:

In order to keep your shipping rates low, package are typically mailed out First Class. If you would like your items to arrive faster or warranty in the case of loss, damage, or theft, please upgrade to Warranty Coverage at checkout. 

• Shipping Rates are $5.95 on all orders under $50 unless {Priority Rate is requested}  

Orders of $50 and more ship FREE!  - 

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like a warranty on your order, please ensure you have it selected with your purchase. Once out of our hands, please understand that the responsibility is with the US Postal Service and not with Gemma’s Treasure. The US Postal Service updates all tracking information and delivery notifications. 

Priority Mail is the only option that allows for automatic insurance on your package. You must choose the Priority Mail option and pay for shipping in order to automatically gain this coverage. First Class packages are NOT insured. 

In the unforeseen event your package is lost or damaged in transit please notify us so we can assist you in filing a claim with USPS. We hope that this never happens to you, but we will assist you in every way we can with contacting your post office and ensuring they do their due diligence in getting you taken care of. Please contact us with 48 hours of tracking status updated as delivered for package damages. We can not accept damage claims after 48 hours have passed. If you believe your item is defective please refer to our return policy.
